imagesWell, iPhones, WalMart, more and more people buying, and activating, causing a flood, again.

You’d think Apple would get it right, and at least be able to handle WALMART SELLING THEIR PRODUCT.

Christ, I’m honestly awaiting an important phone call or two today as well. I need to get ahold of my Mom, and I refuse to pay for a Skype call, so I went on a hunt, and I found iCall.com, and they have a new beta service that allows you to make free-three-minute calls to anywhere in the USA or Canda, totally free. I was skeptical at first, and was expecting to hear an add inserted into my phone call, or something of the sort, but no, I dialed, it connected, and we had a great conversation.

Apparently you can download their desktop software and make longer calls, still for free, but this is good enough in a time of need for me. It worked great. If you’re interested be sure to check out iCall’s website for further details.

In the meantime, if you’re affected by this outage, feel free to use this web-based dialer here to make some of those calls you need to make.
