@Nodnarb, This does happen to only be on OSX With the discontinuation of QuickPWN, redsn0w is the only other viable solution, and it forces the activation (hacktivation) which is where the problem lies for AT&T users. I don't have much experience JBing on Vista, sorry. I know its possible, just find a way to Jailbreak w/out unlocking OR hacktivating.

This completely works.

I am on Tmobile with 2g…Push Notification working 100%

I think people having trouble are not following the instructions properly.

FYI, you don’t need to fully activate with the ATT sim, you cancel out.. Therefore no trouble unlocking and sticking in a different sim..

It absolutely works, and is probably the only solution that will ever work.

Nice, but still no way to use it with another SIM. After replacing the AT&T Sim, you’ll need to activate again on 2G. This is missing on 3G and in that case you’ll be able to use antoher SIM from your ISP of choose.

fixed my problem.

If push still doesn’t work for you.
Restart the phone
Go to setting, turn push on and off.
This is how i got mine to work!!!
