I downloaded the file from megaupload but I couldn't get the cmd line under windows x64 to work. So I searched the internet and came across this ipcc file. You can access it directly from your iphone and it will open Cydia. I installed it and then moved my sim card to another phone. Sorry, I just remembered the process.
