Today is the official launch of Tech Jawa servers for TeamSpeak and Minecraft.

Some of you may already be familiar with these servers and services as we’ve been testing them over the past week or so with some of you privately. They’re now open to the public though.

Just to give a bit of background I’ll go into what each of these services offer…

TeamSpeak is a communications server. It runs and allows users to connect to the Tech Jawa server, and then to various other channels as well, currently our Minecraft channel is the only one available, but we will extend further in the future.

Our other current server is a Minecraft server… Words can’t really describe what Minecraft is, it must be played to be understood. The only way I COULD describe it, is like a glorified level editor in first person and with pixel blocks… Your mind is blown, I know.
