We moved away from standard twitter posting of new blog posts (which synced with Facebook through a Twitter application.) a while ago, and moved to an app called “Networked Blogs” which I had liked because I seen other big-name tech blogs use it in the past. However I recently found out they add their own toolbar to the top and don’t give direct traffic to your site unless you PAY them. Since I’m running this site out of my own pocket, that’s not really an option. I recently noticed Gizmodo and Steam use a different app…

Above is a quick overview of what you’ll get if you go to our page on your iPhone. It’s clearly a mobile version of our site, and should be extremely easy to navigate, as we’ve implemented a special menu shown here:

If you have an iPhone, be sure to add our page to your home screen. You’ll be greeted with a fancy Jawa icon, and be sucked into the app all the time, I promise.

There’s not much more to say at this point, except my hard copy of my certification is in the mail, and I eagerly await receiving it of course!

Now I have one class left to complete (in progress) before I get my degree as well.

Anyhow, it’s been running great, CPU temps idle are maxing out at about 26 dgrees, GPU temps are a little hot, but thats what I get for getting a single-slot cooler on it.

All in all there is nothing I’d really do differently, rather than get a modular power supply. There are so many damn cables inside that case, and I know my airflow could be WAY better if I got modular… not that it matters with the 10 total fans I have inside the case.

Here’s me and Tim Fiore trying to mount the motherboard to the heatsink… yes, in that order. This heatsink is MASSIVE. I really couldn’t of done this build without his help, I was so far behind in the world of hardware it was absurd.

Wow. I don’t really know what else to say about that first one. Myself (and countless others) searched for a way to sync twitter and pidgin statuses, and without ever finding a how-to guide, I made one myself. It’s still to this day the most popular article on this blog, just barely above my WoW for free guide, which actually has a #2 Google search result.

I’m pretty damn amazed by this.

I actually am one that follow my recommendations most of the time. YouTube can be pretty good about know what videos I’ll enjoy, but this is just absurd.

WTF YouTube, since when did you become NSWF? I was looking around the home screen for a good five minutes or so, before noticing that. I would prefer NOT to have somebody think I’ve been viewing videos like that.

All-in-all, this is just bizarre. Who’s hijacked my YouTube account as is viewing this smut?

As you can see it’s very simple, yet customized. Default icons for everything, but a new dock, and obviously a new wallpaper. Got rid of the AT&T carrier in the status bar, as well as the clock, since I added the clock to my home screen. Organized everything with folders, and added status notifications as well on the top status bar, you can see the email one as an example next to the battery.

Further customizations are to come in the future for sure, but at this point in time I like this.

I MAY consider doing a full custom theme with icons, and just keep every app in folders? That way they would have their own respective icons like normal, but just be inside the categories folder?

Sony Releases New Stupid Piece Of Shit That Doesn’t Fucking Work

Now that I’ve gotten this working, it shouldn’t ever be an issue again, all post made on my blog will once (and only once) crosspost to any service, wether it be LiveJournal, MySpace, Facebook, Tumblr, or anything else. No worries.

This has been a freak accident, and won’t happen again.
